Mill Machining

Introducing our heavy-duty milling machine, designed for precision machining like no other. With a generous table capacity of 22 inches by 44 inches and a vertical height of up to 15 inches, it’s built to accommodate a wide range of tooling ease. The large turret allows for versatile operation, while the integrated electro magnet ensures secure fastening of parts to the table, eliminating the challenges faced by machinists when using a vice. Welding

Our welders are a crucial in production, designed for medium-duty work with an expansive work area. Manufactured by a state-of-the-art company established in 1929, Miller welders guarantee exceptional quality and output. Our skilled and experienced workers further enhance this quality, ensuring precision in every weld. Additionally, we utilize weld positioners, providing theest and most accurate welds on round objects.

Round Bar and U-Bolts

At Highpoint Metals, we take pride in our unique manufacturing service that specializes in producing a wide variety of round bars and U-bolts. Our advanced machinery enables us to mass-produce U-bolts at an impressive rate of tens of thousands per day, ensuring consistent precision and accuracy. We work with materials such as 1018 and 1541 hardening steel, well as 304 and 316 food-grade stainless steel, accommodating diameters from 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch. Additionally, our roll threaders can manage threads up to 3 inches long and 0.5 inch in diameter, making us the go-to choice for your metal round bar needs.
